Private Fee

Per Session - Our private fee is the standard fee for our Burnaby physiotherapy practice. Physiotherapy services are covered by most extended health plans. Check with your provider to confirm your individual plan’s coverage as the limits for physiotherapy treatments varies from plan to plan. We currently can only bill Pacific Blue Cross directly. For all other insurance companies clients will need to pay for their physiotherapy services directly, then submit their receipts to the insurance company to receive reimbursement.

MSP Premium

PER SESSION - MSP premium assistance is determined by income. If you are unsure if you qualify for this benefit please contact the medical service plan of BC or contact us at our Burnaby Physiotherapy clinic and we’ll be happy to contact MSP and verify this for you. If you qualify for MSP premium assistance you will need to pay a user fee for physiotherapy treatments. Unfortunately MSP only pays a small portion of our private fee $23.00 out of the $100.00. We charge a discounted user fee instead of the full difference.

PER SESSION - Our clinic has currently opted out of the ICBC recovery network. Patients who wish to use their ICBC coverage can continue to do so by paying privately for their visit and submitting to ICBC for Reimbursement.

Post Secondary Student Rate

PER SESSION - This rate is for Post Secondary Students with a current valid Student ID. This includes all post secondary programs not just limited to schools on the Student Network.
About your session
These rates are based on 30 minutes of one on one time with a physiotherapist at our Burnaby Physiotherapy clinic, including acupuncture/IMS services as required. The total time of your treatment session will vary depending on what services you need. An average session is 30-50 minutes spent in the clinic. Please inquire for extended session rates if you require more time with the therapist.
