Welcoming Agnes Ku, Physiotherapist
Agnes Ku has joined our Burnaby Physiotherapy Clinic. She is available Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30-7:30.
Agnes earned her Physiotherapy degree, BScPT(Hons), graduating with high honours, was recipient of the Outstanding Academic Achievement, Post-entrance Scholarship and also on the Dean’s list at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to that, Agnes obtained her first bachelors degree in Kinesiology (BScKin) and certificate in Health and Fitness Studies in 2001 from Simon Fraser University.
She has also completed numerous postgraduate courses including UBC Gunn IMS, Continence and Pelvic Floor Muscle Re-education certificate from BC Women’s Health Center, Certificate in Pfilates (Pelvic Floor Pilates), Certificate in De-Mystifying Pudendal Neuralgia for myofascial trigger points release and Certificate in MT-4A STEP (Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progression) from the Ola Grimsby Institute. She also received acupuncture training in Hong Kong and China. Currently, Agnes is focusing her continuing education pursuits on the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) and Thoracic Ring Approach by Dr. LJ Lee.
